Christian Mission Hospital Rajshahi was established in 1926 by Presbyterian missionaries and is now operated by the Church of Bangladesh through a Board of Trustees.

For generations, CMHR has been a trusted home of healthcare in northern Bangladesh, particularly for mothers, newborns, children and ethnic Santal communities. Our aim is to provide excellent medical care to people of every ethnic group and religion at an affordable cost.

Pharmacy

Christian Mission Hospital, Rajshahi (CMHR) has served the community since 1926 with compassion and commitment to quality healthcare. Its Pharmacy Department provides safe, accurate and patient-centered pharmaceutical services, including prescription-based dispensing, medicine storage, procurement, inventory management, batch and expiry monitoring, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation. The department is led by Md. Nayon Karigor, Pharmacy In-Charge & Team Leader, who joined CMHR on 5 May 2022. A dedicated team of 11 members—1 Team Leader, 6 Pharmacists and 4 Pharmacy Salesmen—supports daily pharmacy operations. Medicines are procured from authorized suppliers and handled under appropriate quality and storage practices. Qualified pharmacy professionals ensure accurate dispensing and provide medicine-related guidance when needed.
